short, wavy dark brown hair [cut into a bob with raggy, blunt layers and bangs to match]; bright green eyes [with lilac eyeshadow on top lids and black liner on inner lids, HUGE long dark lashes that look almost fake]; rosy pink cheeks; bare lips, pale skin [some mild acne on forehead and chin]; 5'5" tall; slim figure; biggish breasts; slightly emo/scene style clothing....

I guess it could be pretty, really depends on the persons face and if they can pull the look off.
