I am a model, in grade 7 and 13 years old. I don't want to get made fun of at school but I want a highfashion-ish hairstyle. Would I be able to pull off a bob?

I am not sure if you have enough body to carry this style off. You have nice hair perhaps just cut it a little shorter and see how you like it. But then if you really think you like the style go for it. If it does not hold up you can cut is even shorter and then let it grow in. It will come back.
