I have a slight outgrown angular bob (or used to be bob, not it's just angled medium length hair) and I want to get layers, will this look silly?

I'm thinking like scene-ish layers, not curler under layers.

that's what i have...and i have wavy hair. but my hair cut is also assymetrical. one side goes to the chin, the other just a little above my shoulder. i get a lot of compliments and i absolute love it. it's creative, innovating and hot! lol do it
