My hair is cut in a reverse bob (shorter in the back, longer toward the front.) Right now it's a little below my chin, mostly one length, with some layers through the back. My bangs are growing out, so they are long as well. I will most likely keep this haircut but am in my brother's wedding this summer. Any ideas to make my hair look more formal? It's really too short to pull up, even on the sides.

I think that you should use tongs to get nice, tight curls. You should also buy yourself a small fascinator to make it look more formal!
