i m a teenage girl with a good hieght and slim. i am really fed up of my hair ,i have tried layers ,steps and even bob cut .HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.PLEASE RECCOMMEND A SOLUTION!

Are you looking after your hair properly? I have similar hair, and before it used to look horrible cos I didn't know how to look after it.

The only time you should EVER comb your hair is when its wet, but NOT when its drying. You should NEVER brush your hair.

When it is still wet apply serum or scrunch mousse in it. This'll make your curls more defined when they are dry.

Some people with curly hair dry their hair with a hairdryer, with a diffuser attachment. They do it until it is about 90% dry and then leave it to dry naturally. This doesn't work overally well for my hair though, but it may be worth a try for you. I just tend to leave mine to dry naturally after applying mousse.

When it is dry, DO NOT TOUCH IT. Especially with a comb or brush as this will make it poofy and frizzy.

If, like me, you don't wash your hair every morning, then wet it when you wake up, and apply mousse and the rest. Whatever you, do not be tempted to put a brush to it, cos this will undefine your curls.

I am sorry if you knew this already, just thought I'd say in case.

Your other options are straightening your hair. If you do this a lot it will make your hair thinner, which in your case may be good. My old hair was super thick, but I spent about 4 years obsessively straightening my hair, and now it is thinner and more managebale, however, it is also very dry. You may prefer your hair straight, but once you get in the routine, it is hard to get out, and you may end up ruining your hair.

i have the same problem straighten your hair with heat controll spray or something like once a week though when you dont straighten it put it up in a ponytail with some gel and hairspray.

I have curly hair to,, and i get fed up with it all the time. So now i use curly shampoo or when its wet use a difuser to make it go nicer. You can go to the hairdressers and ask for your hair to get thined out it works and looks nice.

My friend has VERY thick curly hair. Growing up she always had problems and a brush or comb was never in her hand. It made it worse. I know she used to put conditioner in her hair (after the shower just to tame it some) The other day her and I went shopping and she said she was going to go have a perm. I looked at her and laughed, but, she said it really really helps to control her hair

i have very thick curly hair and I straigten it most of the time. Just make sure you buy a salon quality straightener.
