it's not really a bob, it's just asymetrical. her hair would look ridiculous on me, but im in love with her hairstyle

take that into any stylist and they can get you the cut. Victoria doesn't really use any products on her hair, so that part is easy. The gold she is using in the last picture would look great on you. I also like the covergirl eyeshadow trio shimmering sands which would give you a similar look. Practice using a very thin line of liquid eyeliner (I use maybelline) and then mascera. For the lips, it's just a nude color. Victoria's Secret has some really pretty pinky nudes in their line, so go to the mall and check them out.
Victoria also has a list of products that she uses in her book "That Extra Half an Inch". I think it's a very good book to read if you want to start getting an eye for style. Realize though that all of her store recommendations are in the UK mostly, but it's still great inspiration.

-mac carbon eyeshadow
-mac bronzer
-mac underage or c-thru lipglass
sorry--everything is mac because that is the brand that i use and am familiar with!
