How do you cut wispy bangs?

i cut my hair myself

i have been for awhile

and its a short bob thats an a-line

ive been trying to get my bangs to look wispy and not thick.

i want it so that the bangs look shaggy

a bit like the avatar haha

if your a pro hair stylist or you cut your hair yourself as well and it doesn't look bad..haha..then some advice? please?
