Get some choppy layers throughout and then just use a straightner/ hair wax to style .

my friend has hair like that only slightly longer and a bit more layers. he said he cuts it himself but i wouldn't advise that because your hair is short so if you screw it up you have to grow out a crappy haircut. he said he first goes to a hair slaon though and she trims the normal angles and stuff but he cuts in all the slants himself but maybe your hairstylist willd o it for you if you show her the picture she will probably get it
