Hair help pleeeease!?

ok so i want an inverted bob like victoria or rhianna right? my concern is whether or not that can be done with african american hair seeing as the textures are different and i'm trying to avoid the stiff hair feel and flyaway hairs. so i was wondering if anyone has had a personal experience or if anyone could tell me whether that's a smart move and if so how do i maintain it without going to the salon weekly

Here is what you do: get your hair relaxed, cut it in the bob shape and using a finishing serum or spray to maintain it. Too much product will not give it the sway and bounciness that it should have. Just because you have black hair doesn't mean you can't get the same hair style. I have black hair and my hair moves around just like anyone else's and it's relaxed. I keep my hair moisturized daily and I wrap it up at night.

The only thing i can think of is a weave. It's alot of work, but look at Tyra, Rihanna, Beyonce, I would kill for their hair! Otherwise, as your stylist/hairdresser.

thats such a cute hairstyle! it should be able to be done but yeah you will probably have to make weekly visits to the salon to keep the style of it up.

you can get that style but you will have to stop using grease and use some kinda oil. olive oil oil sheen coconut oil and kind of oil and keep you hair wrapped and try to keep it flat ironen or pressed its really pretty if you get some kind of color or rinse

my best friend has the thickest african hair. i used to braid it all the time and do different things with it. she wanted the rihanna look too. she got it cut and then relaxed. you will just have to keep up with the relaxer...thats probably the best bet. have a straightener on hand for them ROUGH days. lol. but i love that style. good luck. have fun.

Girl we African girls all have that prob and even though Im mixed...trust me I got the same issues. But you can use a product from Razac called "Perfect For Perms" and put it in your scalp (it makes it shine and keeps its straight). Then if you have a pressing comb and a staightner, use both to help keep it straight and styled. Trust me!! :)

Ps: Use the pressing comb first then the straightner. Also flat wrap your hair before bed and keep it moisturized
