I need hair help!!!?

my hair has so many different textures it is really hard to pick out products for it... i kind of have a short bob cut and the front is way more curly and the hair is more fine.... the back is wavy and much more coarse! i'm screaming deadlocks while my husband cringes!! i've tried john frieda's frizz ease products, i've tried lots of mouse' and smoothing creams, when i straighten it it frizzes immediately after cuz i'm very hot blooded and my head releases a lot of heat... (don't laf!!)

i don't know what to do!! any ideas? thanks for your time!!

I have the same type of hair...and I found a really easy cure lol I kept switching shampoos, conditioners and styling products...finally found garnier fructis sleek and shine...I won't use anything else. My hair's still curly, but doesn't look like a rat's nest cause it relaxed my curls quite a bit. plus it looks healty now.

You could rebond your hair if you dont mind trying it. Rebonding it eliminates the frizz and evens out your hair texture.

Curls can be cute, so try to work with your curls instead of straigtening them. My favorite gel/curl reactivator is "Curls Up" distributed by Vogue International. Encouraging your curls discourages frizz. Maybe your husband will like your new look!

try shaving it if its really bad..youll get new hair when it grows back.or maybe you should stop using chemicals ..that will make your hair and your day really bad.be natural..hair is just hair.

This is a tough one, but luckily any really good reputable salon in your area will offer a free consult.True they will recommend products they sell, but that's what they know. See what they have to say. I assume you are not totally happy with your current stylist, or you wouldn't be posting here. Even if you are, what can a second opinion hurt? Chances are you'll find someone you like, esp. if you keep an open mind. Since it's free, don't run if you don't click with the first consult, try another place. Salons offer these services to attract new customers - if you're happy you'll spend your $ there and it will make it all worth their time, not to mention you might refer friends. Give it a shot, you've got nothing to lose, but a little time and your dreads! Good luck!

towel dry before conditioner and rinse with cool water.

never rub your hair together.massage scalp and finger comb thru. rubbing your hair will cause tangles and split ends.

comb wet hair;never brush it. make sure your comb has no little snaggs on it and make sure your brush either has all it's balls on it or the brush isn't made with any balls at all. missing balls will also cause tangles and split ends. (keep your brain out of the gutter)

turn the thermostat down (and freeze your husband out!haha) so you don't sweat while getting ready for the day.

apply product when your hair is damp not wet. you will use less and the blow dryer won't evaporate all the active ingredients in them.(the water from wet hair also dilutes the product so it won't work well)
